The purpose of this site is to offer professional coaching, writing, digital and visual services for independent escorts and high-end companionship professionals.

4. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payments for THCC services must be made in advance via secure payment methods (bank transfer, credit card, platform-integrated solutions like Gumroad, Payhip, etc.).

No content will be delivered before receipt of full payment.
Prices are stated in euros and may be subject to VAT depending on the client's location.

5. DEPOSITS & REFUND POLICY

All our services require advance payment.This ensures our availability and the strategic reservation of time and resources.

For coaching sessions or masterclasses, the following cancellation rules apply:

• Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: 50% of the amount will be refunded, the remaining 50% being retained as compensation for reserved time and resources.

• Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: 100% of the amount is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling may be considered once at our discretion, provided it is requested more than 7 days in advance.

For digital content (PDFs, templates, guides, online materials), no refund will be possible once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Legal notice (mandatory in the EU): In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities or coaching/masterclasses scheduled on a specific date, nor to digital content once access has been granted.

6. DATA PRIVACY & GDPR

Company number BE0805.916.382 complies with the GDPR and Belgian privacy regulations.
Personal information collected via the website is strictly used to manage your requests, bookings and communications. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We do not share your personal information with third parties unless legally required or for the processing of your service (e.g. payment platform).

A full privacy policy is available on request and will be published once the site is officially launched.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THCC  offer advice, services and educational content intended to support independent professionals. However, we make no guarantee of specific income or results. Each user remains responsible for their actions and use of the materials.

THCC is not liable for technical issues, service interruptions or any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this website.

8. SERVICE USAGE RESTRICTIONS

You may not use any THCC services to harm, impersonate, defraud or misrepresent your identity or intentions. THCC reserves the right to refuse service to any user who violates the spirit of our brand or our community values.

9. ADDITIONAL PROTECTIONS

• Any custom text (escort bios, announcement texts, strategy messaging) is licensed for individual, non-transferable use.

• You may not resell, duplicate or adapt THCC content (paid or free) without explicit permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of any dispute or claim, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts within the district of Hasselt.
